Ran a 5k yesterday, ran a 21:30, 10 seconds off a personal best. Fairly flat course, finished 11th overall. Felt pretty good, just a little sore today from the pavement.
could not find any other info, other than the local paper with a couple of pics from the start and finish...not sure if they tie in with a running club or not???

Yes..I ran a 25.38..nice overcast day...cool but humid..are the official results posted anywhere online?
